VK5211 is a selective androgen receptor modulator a novel non-steroidal, oral SARM that binds to AR with high affinity (Ki of ~1 nM) and selectivity, class of androgen receptor (AR) ligands that is tissue selective, developed to treat muscle wasting associated with cancer, acute and chronic illness and age-related muscle loss.

VK5211 can be used for 8 weeks at a daily dose of 5 to 10mg. As this SARM has a half-life of 24 to 36 hours, one dose per day is sufficient. At the end of the cycle, a PCT (Post Cycle Therapy) is needed to restore testosterone levels.

In combination with the right diet, this SARM can achieve even better results when bulking and cutting. Moreover, ligandrol can be used during bulking and cutting.

VK5211 works by tying androgen receptors selectively. It shows anabolic activity in the bones and muscles instead of harmfully affecting the prostate and sebaceous glands which usually happens when using steroids. VK5211 just concluded a study called Phase I Multiple Ascending Dose which included fit volunteers. This was an unplanned, double bind analysis stage that included a placebo. The objective was to form that using VK5211 was harmless and easy to stomach with a dose not beyond 22 mg a day.

Research presented at the 62nd Annual Meeting of the Gerontology Society of America has shown that use of LGD 4033 in animals after 12 weeks increases both fracture resistance and bone mineral density. These effects were evident in cancellous bone at a dose of 0.3 mg/kg per day and in cortical bone at a dose of 0.03 mg/kg per day (source).

VK5211 increased skeletal muscle mass and muscle fiber diameter in both hypogonadal and normal rats. This correlated with increased contractile force of the muscles, suggesting improved muscle strength.

In an exciting study conducted by Roche et al., 3-month-old Sprague-Dawley rats were ovariectomized and treated with LGD 4033 for 5 weeks. The rats in the experimental groups received doses ranging from 0.04 to 4 mg/kg body weight per day. Subsequently, analyzes were performed on fiber size, capillary density and various enzyme levels. In addition, weights of the uterus, gastrocnemius, and soleus muscles were measured before and after treatment (source).

When analyzing the effects of VK5211, the researchers also took samples from the quadriceps femoris muscle to measure changes in intramuscular fat levels. Treatment with VK5211 resulted in increased capillary density and higher enzyme activity of both citrate synthase in the gastrocnemius muscle and lactate dehydrogenase in the longissimus muscle (source).

Anabolicum works by binding to androgen receptors selectively, meaning that it creates anabolic activity only in bones and muscles, instead of harming prostate and sebaceous glands, like anabolic steroids do. In fact, volunteer human studies have shown that LGD was harmless when used with a dose under 22 milligrams (mg) per day. Furthermore, studies also showed that LGD enhances lean muscle mass and decreases body fat; all of which comes with an incredible ability to boost strength, recovery and overall health.

There are a few ways to stack LGD, with each of them offering a different set of benefits to the athlete.

1. Bulking: LGD is the best SARM in its class when it comes to bulking, and 10mg per day for 8 weeks will be plenty as a solo run. However, some experienced athletes will go as high as 15 or 20mg per day. During a bulking cycle with LGD it is essential to make sure to up your calories and weight train at least 3-4 times per week.

2. Fat loss: A good cutting stack would be combining LGD at 5mg per day with the average doses of S4 andarine and GW cardarine. Using LGD by itself is not recommended for cutting, since it has to work in synergy with other SARMs for this purpose.

3. Anabolic steroid stack: LGD can be stacked as part of your anabolic steroid cycle to add lean muscle gains and strength without additional side effects. For this, you can add anywhere between 3 and 15mg per day of LGD into your steroid cycle.

4. Recomping: Recomping is done by those looking to add lean muscle mass and burn body fat at the same time. LGD is very good at this when ran in conjunction with cardarine, a strict diet, cardio and weight training.

For Bulking
Suggested dosage is 5-10 mg a day for 8 weeks. A protein-rich diet is also necessary as well as higher caloric intake if you plan to beef up by 10 pounds or more.

For Cutting
Use LGD-4033 with SARMS triple pack (GW-501516, S-4 and LGD-4033) to make it more effective as you are aiming to add more size while cutting fat. Suggested dosage is 3-5 mg a day for 8 weeks.

For Recomping
VK5211 is best used for recomping. Many users have said that they've observed a boost in lean body mass and fat loss. Using it together with other SARMS such as or Cardarine will give you a stronger and better recomp. Suggested dosage is 5-8 mg per day for 8 weeks.

The effects of Anabolicum can range from bulking and cutting to total body transformation. It is hard to compare the power of Anabolicum to various anabolic steroids due to SARM's still being relatively new to the market, but the effects do appear to be strong. Off-season or bulking athletes can expect to gain significant strength and muscle mass with adequate calories. By increasing anabolic activity, such as attaching a potent SARM to the body, muscle tissue can be preserved. This will result in a tighter, leaner, harder and more muscular physique. Some data, although rudimentary at this stage has shown the effects of Anabolicum may also, to a degree, promote fat loss.

Increases in muscular endurance are also reported, especially when stacked with other SARMs. It is unclear how much of an effect Anabolicum will have on endurance when used alone.
