Amino tadalafil is a potent inhibitor of phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE 5) and is a great way to enhance your sexual performance, similar to PT-141 and other compounds we have written about.PDE5 is an enzyme that blocks blood vessels by breaking down cGMP, a molecule that helps smooth muscles relax. Its action leads to conditions like erectile dysfunction, pulmonary arterial hypertension, lower urinary tract dysfunction, and prostate enlargement.
